Speaking of this new product, the designer Wang Qiumin has lots of words to say. In the year 2002, she started work in NHI and focused on the design of bulk materials equipment. In 2018, the subject Telescopic Annular Stacker presided by her was awarded the first prize of NHI Research & Design technological innovation achievement. However, as the enterprise's production and operation at that time encountered unprecedented difficulties, the research and development of the subject had to be terminated, her years of efforts are also facing the risk of wastage.

When she was lost and depressed, NHI had reached a turning point.. The arrival of Fangda Group completely stimulated the potential of NHI. With the support of Fangda Group, NHI continuously increased investment in product development and technical renovation, comprehensively improving the design and research & development strength and production, manufacturing capacity for important high-technique equipment. The project developed by Wang Qiumin was not only quickly launched, but also upgraded to "Self-moving Telescopic Ring Stacking Machine" project, which gave her and her design team a brand new stage.

The workshop head Guo Peng, who is responsible for the assembly and commissioning of the product, looked at the “big guy” full of confidence in his words. Since reorganization, NHI paid high attention to thought construction, through the internal periodical, WeChat, publicity and other ways to publicize the profound significance of the reform of state-owned enterprises and the profound changes of the company which actively created the thinking of “Adapt to the new system to make new achievements to strength all staff confidence, guide all staff to establish the correct view of market and competition, to further convey the happy life is to rely on all the staff to work out, rather than "waiting" or “ begging” form the enterprise. In order to ensure the goods deliver to sea port on time, staff of NHI think difficulties in advance and planned the assembly location of small parts which to save the time for transferring the parts temporarily. At the same time, the backbone team of workshop is selected and a team is set up to tackle key problems to prepare for all risk points in advance. With the parts arrived at the installation site, the leading cadres take the lead, and the employees' energy also comes. They took the initiative to postpone their shift, and often worked late into the night, but no one complains about being tired. Although the delivery time is tight for the project, the quality could not be ignored. During the testing of drives, the technical workers repeatedly measured and adjusted it with great efforts, and finally reach the higher precision requirement than the design. In the connection process of the boom support, the theodolite repeatedly was applied for measuring to ensure the straightness of the boom.

“In Fangda Group, work more will get more, such incentive mechanism has brought more and more benefits to the staff. The reorganization is the right way for NHI.” Employees of NHI are deeply feeling it now.

Li Gang, assembly worker of 1# workshop of NHI Structural Parts plant found that bolting of the truss frame is inefficient and hard to operate. He and his colleagues boldly proposed to perform welding instead of bolting. The work efficiency of was greatly improved. Facing the big groove problem, it is difficult for welding and detection. It is the practical difficulty as waste of welding material. They tried their best to solve the key problems and avoid waste. There are numerous examples like this. Employees took the enterprise as their home, chasing up each other and striving to be the best, repeatedly broke the daily production of 80 tons of structural parts mark, staff income growth is obvious.

“It is hard to imagine that the front-line workers can earn more than 10,000 yuan per month, which is far beyond our anticipation. This income is now in the pockets of employees, which is unimaginable before. We used to go home after work, but now we don't go home after work, we have to take the initiative to do the work.” The employees who get the benefits express their simple aspirations.

The rich income made employees see the Golden Mountain. It is full of infinite vision for the future of the enterprise, and also inspires employees to devote themselves to the enterprise. From 3rd August to 29th August, for 26 days, the workers overcame the outdoor high temperature, tolerated the wind-blow and sun-baked in the day time and suffered mosquito bite in the night. At the end of the installation, everyone was sun-burnt, and face was burst skin, there are a lot of mosquito bites in red and purple.

But when the news came that the product had passed the one-time test running, all the effort became "worthy ".

This new product  certainly play a great role in a series of fields such as port bulk cargo loading and mine loading due to its features such as wide application fields, little civil construction foundation, small project investment cost, long distance transport and repeated application of equipment, as well as 840 tons/hour loading capacity. At present, a number of domestic enterprises with considerable strength have taken the initiative to contact NHI, and express the strong demand for such products. NHI will certainly contribute its own strength to the country and the industrial chain with the social responsibility and mission of “Pillars of a Great Power”.
